S’well bottles are available through our online store. Domestic orders take 1-2 days to process. International orders take an additional day to complete the necessary customs paperwork. Sorry, phone orders are not accepted at this time. Please submit a request in the S'well Helpful Info Center if you would like a current list of local retail locations.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal holidays. Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We always want to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible, so please keep in mind the processing time as detailed above. For those sending S’well bottles as a gift, please know our packaging does include our company name and graphics, and does not arrive in an anonymous box.
We are happy to offer flat-rate shipping charges; each bottle requires a $6 shipping fee, as it is based on weight. 1-3 bottles will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders of 4+ bottles will ship UPS Ground. Orders within the 48 contiguous states usually take 2-4 working days to arrive (expect additional travel time for Alaska and Hawaii). International orders:
Shipping on international orders is $16 to Canada and $16 to all other international destinations. International orders are subject to customs charges. S’well Bottle has no way of determining these charges and cannot be held responsible for such. International orders usually take 10-14 working days to arrive, but can vary depending on the particular country’s mail delivery services. Keep in mind S’well Bottle has retailers all over the world. Please submit a request in the S'well Helpful Info Center if you would like to find a retailer nearby and support local small business.

S’well Bottle loves Happy customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase from our online store, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in new and unused condition with the original packing slip. We cannot accept returns purchased from other locations or retailers. Returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used S’well bottles. Customers wishing for an exchange or return must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting us via the S'well Helpful Info Center, referencing the original order number. You will be required to include the RA number on the original packing slip and description of the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns/exchanges to the specified return address and must include a pre-approved RA number. We suggest sending via a shipping method with delivery confirmation as S’well Bottle is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
